• Each item is made-to-order and takes approximately 10 to 15 days to be lovingly completed.
  
• Since our paintings are tailored to your requests, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order is confirmed. We hope you understand this policy ensures the uniqueness and care behind every piece we create for you.
• If you receive a damaged or defective piece, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
